It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Sandra Starr Romano of Hollidaysburg, Pennsylvania, born in Altoona, Pennsylvania, who passed away on September 3, 2023, at the age of 64, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Peter Sr. Kennedy and Sally Kennedy (Ickes). She is survived by: her daughters, Sarah and Ashton Romano; her grandson Levi; and her siblings, Colleen Ehredt (Duane Sr.) and Peter K. Kennedy Jr. (Margaret). She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
