He was predeceased by: his parents, William Sr. Moser and Thelma Moser (Foust); and his siblings, Elmer Sr., Charles, William Jr., Thelma of Altoona, Margaret Williams of Altoona and Ruth of Altoona.
He is survived by: his children, Roy N. "Bubby" Moser Jr., Alisa M. "Sissy" Diehl (Lethea McFadden), Filicia D. "Fee" Hollen (Gabriel Hollen) and Latricia L. Moser (Paige Kinback); his siblings, John Moser Sr., Marilyn Moser (Goad) of Altoona and Idela Smith of Indiana; the mother of his children Debra J. Boyer; and his close friends, Kenny Knorr of Newry, Lucas Cooper of Duncansville and Michael Molliver Sr. of Hollidaysburg. He is also survived by 14 grandbabies, many nieces and nephews.
