He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Sr. Schlecht and Helen Schlecht (Kachele); his sister Denise Kessler of Chantilly, VA; and his sister-in-law Irene Schlecht. He is survived by: his wife Eileen Langguth; his children, Heather Hill (Archie) of Tampa, FL and Ron Jr. of Boyertown, PA; his brother Albert Jr.; his grandchildren, Anna, Ella, Maura Schlecht, Holden, Noelle and Hill; and his siblings-in-law, Kathy Davidson, Carol, Cindy Langguth, Rich, Don Langguth, Tom Davidson and Kurt Kessler.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to St. Mary Catholic Church, Hollidaysburg.
