He was predeceased by: his parents, John S. Baker and Helen M. Baker (Mielnik); his wife Joan E. (Gahagan); his siblings, Mary Ellen Healy, Joseph Patrick Baker and Rita J. Bergstrom; his siblings-in-law, James Healy, Earl Bergstrom, James Seymour and Shirley Baker; and his son-in-law Thomas W. Stoltz Jr..

He is survived by: his children, Carrie Moudy (Dan), Colleen Harlow (Tim) of Hollidaysburg, Cathy Stoltz of Hollidaysburg, Becky Sciance (Marc), Jim Baker (Colleen) and John Baker of Duncansville; and his siblings, Margaret Bailor (Bernard), Barbara Seymour of Altoona and Timothy Baker of Hollidaysburg. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren and 9 great-grandchildren.
