He was predeceased by: his parents, William P. McCloskey and Edith McCloskey (Graffius); his wife Ruth M. McMaster; and his brothers, Bill and Jim.
He is survived by: his children, Christina Reighard of Williamsburg, Susan Zook of Williamsburg, Robert Jr. of Williamsburg and Allen Saylor (Dana) of Pennsylvania Furnace; and his siblings, Bev Brantner, Barb Robison, Peggy Miller and Dave. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.
