He is survived by: his wife Christina Hoover; his children, Steven (Peggy), Dianne Billotte (Douglas) of Hollidaysburg and Linda Libra (Peter); his sisters, Donna Baker of Hollidaysburg and Kay Chamberlain of Altoona; and his grandchildren, Christopher Billotte (Kate), Zachary Libra, Lindsey Miller (Evan) and Megan Libra.
