Cross; his stepdaughter Debra Cherry; his grandchildren, Heather D. Hatch and Nicholas Hatch; and his siblings, Wayne Hatch, Beverly J. Hatch and Mary Margaret Manley.
He is survived by: his children, Elizabeth A. Keller, Francis W. Hatch, Warren D. Hatch and Susan E. Yingling; and his stepchildren, David Wagner, William Wagner, Terry Wagner and Cynthia Melley. He is also survived by nineteen grandchildren and many great-grandchildren.
