He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Emeigh and Esta Emeigh (Strait); and his spouse Hettyann Halloway. He is survived by: his children, Molly Crissman, Thomas of Williamsburg and Charles Hearne of Sellersville; and his grandchildren, Joshua, Cortney and Gabby. He is also survived by three great-grandchildren.
