She was predeceased by: her parents, Edgar Ruggles and Mary Ruggles (Ebersole); and her sister Jean Davidson. She is survived by: her husband Dean J. Harpster; her children, Joan Kensinger (Ronald), Jeff (Sherri) and Dave; her grandchildren, Mark, Kyle, Jessica and Justin; and her great grandchildren, Elena, Caroline and Harper.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be given to Zion Lutheran Church in Hollidaysburg or to the Hollidaysburg Free Public Library.
