She is survived by: her parent Mona Tate (Burns); her spouse Daniel Lee Slippey; her children, Beth Ann Lockard (Doug) of Hollidaysburg and Lee Slippey (Debbie) of Duncansville; and her grandchildren, Danielle, Graham (Rachael), Mark (Sherri) and Hudson (Hayden).
