He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Manning and Letha Manning (Shelly); his brothers, Paul, Lloyd and Lee; and his grandson Dustin Manning.

He is survived by: his wife Anita Manning (Billard); his children, Gary L. Manning (Cindy) of Spring Mills, Thomas M. Manning (Jeannie) of Rural Valley and Bonnie M. Conrad (Jack Campbell) of Duncansville; his grandchildren, Shanon Manning, Christa Zubik, Scott Manning, Joshua Conrad, Jeremy Conrad and Erin Conrad; and his sister Esther Weimer. He is also survived by eight great-grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
