He was predeceased by: his parents, Earnest M. Bice and Caroline Bice (Merritts); his spouse Shirley I. Mosel; and his siblings, Marion, Katherine Long and Kenneth.
He is survived by: his children, Cindy L. Bice and Steven C. (Debra) of Hollidaysburg; and his granddaughter Heather Beerbower (Anthony). He is also survived by three great-granddaughters.
