Leroy M. Helmer Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Leroy M. Helmer of Hollidaysburg, Pennsylvania, born in Erie, Pennsylvania, who passed away on August 10, 2024, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Leroy Helmer and Bertha Helmer (Juhnke). He is survived by: his wife Pearl M. Fero; his children, Laurie Seiler of Hollidaysburg, David (Susan), Eric (Meredith) of Duncansville, Mark of Hollidaysburg and Andrew (Lisa) of Duncansville; and his grandchildren, Bryan, Brooke, Erin, Bryce and Ashley. He is also survived by five great-grandchildren.

He was a member of the Rotary Club of Hollidaysburg and formerly served on the board of the United Way and the American Heart Asso.
