She was predeceased by: her parents, John Pizzuti and Lucia Pizzuti (DeRubeis); and her husband Anthony C. Chardella. She is survived by: her daughters, Christine Wojcik (Pete Sr.) of Duncansville and Antionette Chardella of Duncansville; her grandchildren, Anita Nearhoof and Pete Wojcik Jr. (Renee); her great grandchildren, Brennan, Katrina, Drake, Demetrius, D'Angelo and Petey; her great great grandchildren, Luke and Ella; and her sister Antionette Farnsworth of Plum Borough. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to the St. Jude's Children's Hospital.
