He was predeceased by: his father Sheldon Clapper. He is survived by: his mother Bonnie Clapper (Smith); his children, Wesley Clapper (Tracy) of New Enterprise, K. C. Clapper of Roaring Spring and Kylee Clapper (Joseph Mowery) of Claysburg; his grandchildren, Sydney Clapper, Montana "Grace" Clapper, Lilly Beach, Camden "Buck" Clapper, Kace Clapper, Neveah Clapper, Trinity Mowery, Raylen Mowery, Thor Mowery and Lyla Mowery; his great grandchildren, Owen Clapper and Easton Coolidge; and his brother Mark Clapper.
