She was predeceased by: her parents, J. Earl Smith and Elsie Smith (Taylor); her daughter Kris E. Adams; and her siblings, Melda Wilt, Leona Weyant, Jimmy Smith, Anna Mary Reilly, Shirley Irene Rooney, Edith Dodson and Woodward Smith.
She is survived by: her daughter Kathy Benzel (David); and her grandchildren, Brandi Attebury (Jon), Rayme Benzel (Lexie) and Matthew Adams (Rebecca).
