With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Joseph V. Gallagher of Hollidaysburg, Pennsylvania, born in Clark, Pennsylvania, who passed away on March 28, 2021 at the age of 97. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, James Gallagher and Elizabeth Gallagher (Gannon); and his siblings, James, Edward, Paul, Margaret Dorzan, Cecilia Gibbons and Mary Kucinski.
He is survived by: his wife Patricia Ann Straw (Patsy); his children, Paul (Anne), Susan Johnston (Donald), Stephen (Susan), Kathleen Dobbins (Dennis), John (Patricia), Richard (Elaine) and Laurie Barr (Joseph); and his grandchildren, Sarah, Joe, Annie, Scott, Bridget, Colleen, Erin, Kathleen, Kylie, Sean, Brenna, Mollie, Patrick, Katie, Ryan, Colin, Grace, Danny, Kaylie, Jacob, Trent, Rachel, Shannon, Elizabeth and Michael. He is also survived by twenty-one great grandchildren.
