He was predeceased by: his parents, Melvin Bowers and Marjorie Bowers (Taylor); and his siblings, Joyce Eger, Robert and Dennis.
He is survived by: his close friend Leeann Willis; his children, Julie, Ashley, Lindsay, Dennis and Christopher; and his siblings, Patricia Guckin and Gary. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren; two great-grandchildren, numerous cousins, nieces, nephews, and friends.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, January 14th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Sorge Funeral Home and Crematory Inc. (422 N Juniata St, Hollidaysburg, PA 16648). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, January 14th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
