He is survived by: his wife Dianne Proctor; his children, Kevin Smeltzer of Bedford and Wendy Linthicum; his stepchildren, Melissa Viego of Hollidaysburg, Dena Wychulis, Joe Zangrilli (Nancy) of Phoenixville and Jason Zangrilli (Susan) of Hollidaysburg; and his grandchildren, Jacqueline, Joshua, Matthew, Cat, Lilly, John, Joe, Jonah, Sophia, Maddie and Andrew.
