He was predeceased by: his parent Frank Lozar; his brothers, Anthony Lozar, Frank Lozar and Albert Lozar; and his former wife Estel L. Lozar.
He is survived by: his parent Louise Lozar (Kitt); his children, Myrt Zelek (Stan), Durrelann Cross (Jay) of San Antonio, TX, John H. Lozar (Lisa) and David A. Lozar; his grandchildren, Heather Adams (Michael Frontz), Grace Cross (San), Stephen Lozar (Chestertown, MD), Matthew Lozar of Johnstown, PA, Justin Lozar of Holsopple, PA, Jason A. Zelek and Captain Aaron M. Zelek (Spring); his nieces, Patricia Lozar Fortner and Shirley Lozar Rader; his nephew Gary Lozar; and his son-in-law Stan.
