With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Joan M. Kowaleski of Hollidaysburg, Pennsylvania, born in Tyrone, Pennsylvania, who passed away on September 25, 2021 at the age of 87. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Francis Neil and Christine Neil (Barroner); her daughter Julie Loop; and her sister Mary Anne Neil. She is survived by: her husband Eugene R. Kowaleski; her son Thomas Kowaleski (Sandra) of Indiana; her grandchildren, Scott Loop, Edward Kowaleski (Abigail), Christine and Alexandra Kowaleski; her great grandchildren, Camden and Wyatt; and her son-in-law Dennis Loop.
