He was predeceased by: his parents, Alfred Brandt, Jr. and Joan Marie Guyer (Chilcote); and his sister Sally Jo Guyer. He is survived by: his wife Peggy Ann West; his children, Donald Smith (Mitchell) of Bellwood, Amy Woomer (Scott) of Altoona, B. J. Ross of Altoona and Jeffrey Guyer II (Mary) of Altoona; his grandchildren, Lauren Woomer, Gavin Ross, Laney Ross, Ryan Patrick Guyer and Stella Marie Guyer; and also, Alfred Guyer III (Sheila) of Indiana, David Guyer of Altoona, Leeann Hoover (Randy) of Shippensburg and Christie Snider of Virginia. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
