She was predeceased by: her parents, Oakley R. Sr. and Mary E.; and her children, Kandy A. Butler and Kevin E. Woods. She is survived by: her children, Vicki Petty of Brookes Mills and Tracy (Sheila) of Duncansville; and her close friend Marcia Martin. She is also survived by 5 grandchildren; many great-grandchildren.
