He is survived by: his wife Marcella "Marcy" Hoover (Luciano); his children, Kelly Kundrot (Matthew) of Mouseley, VA, Stephanie Thuecks (Matthew) of Greenbay, WI, David Seeley (Amy) of Minneapolis, MN, Jeffrey Hoover (Shandoll) of Apex, NC, Meredith Seeley of Syracuse, NY and Kathy Baker (Tim) of Altoona, PA; and his brother Harold Hoover of Martinsburg, PA.. He is also survived by eleven grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren.
