It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Jack Norman Neff of Hollidaysburg, Pennsylvania, born in Altoona, Pennsylvania, who passed away on April 12, 2024, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Norman Neff and Esther Neff (Horner); his daughter Karlene Hite (Neff); and his brother Steve Neff. He is survived by: his wife Linda John; his children, David J. Neff of Hollidaysburg, PA, Matthew J. Neff (Tricia) of Apex, NC, Daniel P. Neff of Hollidaysburg and Lew Ann Knouse (Dwight) of Altoona, PA; and his grandchildren, Elizabeth Winquist (Matt), Emily Wiest (Scott), Sarah Futrell (James), Rachel Balla (Dominic), Eilish Neff and Isabel Neff. He is also survived by six great grandchildren.
