She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Morningstar and Alice Morningstar (Whitfield); her husband Harry "Barney" Lukens; and her siblings, Elvin Morningstar, Ruth Lightner and Helen Rhone.
She is survived by: her children, Perry (Cheryl), Susan Kaylor, Judy Coley (Jim), Debbie Rider and Elaine Anderson; and her sisters, Olive Bishop of Ohio and Betty Brown of Huntington. She is also survived by five grandchildren; six great-grandchildren.
