She was predeceased by: her parents, William Hosek and Helen Hosek. She is survived by: her husband Robert P. Bender; her children, Laurie Tabinski (Jim), Monique Secula (Jim), Col. Robert P Bender Jr. (Angela) and Amy Shotting (Ken); her grandchildren, James Tabinski Jr., Dr. Emily Tabinski-Greenspon, John Tabinski, Corrina Chmelik, Dr. Madeline Bender, Victoria Bender and Kenny Shotting; her great grandchildren, Emmett, Charlotte Greenspon, Coralynn, Penelope and Baylin Chmelik; and her sister Maggie Smith (Ollie) of Hollidaysburg.
