She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry Bougher and Leah Bougher (Wineland). She is survived by: her husband Ed Tipton; her children, Linda Reed (Bill) of East Freedom, Karen Shannon of Duncansville, Paul Lockard Jr. of Hollidaysburg and Chuck Lockard (Michele) of Altoona; and her sister Betty Grassmyer. She is also survived by 15 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren.
