He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold M. Neely and Dessa Neely (Garman); and his son Wade Neely. He is survived by: his wife Kathy A. Berry; his daughter Dawn Hoover (Mike); his grandchildren, Kaley Angus, Rachel Hoover, Julia Neely, Garrett Neely and Grace Shelow; his daughter-in-law Becky Neely; and his siblings, Margaret Oakes, Carol Caldwell, Joann Hileman, Betty Butler, Patty Woomer and Robert. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
