He was predeceased by: his parents, Russell S. Sr. Norris and Mildred H. Norris (Genness); and his siblings, Russell Jr. and Rebecca. He is survived by: his wife Vivian Hovis; his sons, Matt and Todd; and his grandchildren, Kaige, Creed, Ian and Nicole.
