It is with great sadness that we announce the death of David Ming-Ching Tsai D. of Hollidaysburg, Pennsylvania, who passed away on August 14, 2020, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his brother Ming (Alison). He is survived by: his wife Janet Fu-Mei of Feng; his children, James (Tracey) of Scarsdale, NY, Lisa (Paul Minerva) of Grafton, WI and Linda (Gabriel) of St. Louis, MO; his grandchildren, Jessica, Matthew, Nicole, Maxwell, Andrew, Emily-Anne and Katherine; and his siblings, Michael (Pi-Zu), Edward (Susan), Fuei-Ing (late Shee Hsiung Chen) and Amy (Mou Chern). He is also survived by friends, colleagues, and fellow brothers and sisters.
