He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold J. Baker and Carol E. Baker (Helsel). He is survived by: his daughter Elyssa Baker (Matt Gray) of Gaithersburg; his sister Karen Kiraly; and his nieces, Lindsey Kiraly and Christey Jones.
