He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward H. Sprow and Erma M. Sprow (Harr); his daughter Jodi; and his brother Floyd. He is survived by: his wife Donna Horne; his daughter Elaina Blazer (Michael) of Duncansville; and his brother Harry E. of Hollidaysburg. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
