She is survived by: her parents, Ralph W. Arthur Jr. and Irene L. Arthur (Wilt); her brothers, Jeff Arthur (Ginney) and Bill Arthur (Karol); and her nieces and nephews, Justin, Julie, Jereme, Jennell and Jordan.
At Cindy's request, memorial donations in honor of her parents can be made to the Homewood at Martinsburg Employee Appreciation Fund, 437 Givler Drive, Martinsburg PA 16662.
