She was predeceased by: her parents, John Barnes and Vivian Barnes (Leach); her husband Larry Forshey Sr.; and her son Larry Forshey Jr.. She is survived by: her children, Angela Forshey of Hollidaysburg and Michael Forshey. She is also survived by four grandchildren; and numerous other family members.
