He is survived by: his wife Polly Lane; his children, Cathy Shaneyfelt (Kerry) and Rob Chambers (MaryKay); his grandchildren, Michael, Betsy, Jesse and Harley; his great grandchildren, Caleb, Eleanor, Olivia and Austin; and his brother Russ Chambers.
