He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles W. Hall and Sara Hall (Akers). He is survived by: his wife Becky Lee Rice; his sons, C. Alexander Hall (Quinn) and Douglas M. Hall; and his sister-in-law Kathy (Scott). He is also survived by five nieces.
