We are sad to announce that on November 2, 2022, at the age of 72, Brenda J. Neff (Hollidaysburg, Pennsylvania), born in Roaring Spring, Pennsylvania passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Harold S. Ritchey and Helen M. Ritchey (Smith); and her stepfather Don Bowser. She is survived by: her husband Robert Neff; her children, Michelle Berkhimer (Matthew) of Duncansville, Danielle McClellan (Justin) of Bellwood and Brad (Betsie) of Osterburg; her grandchildren, Olivia, Holden, Sam, Aubree, Lanee and Colin; and her siblings, Elaine Helsel (Tom), Connie Jackson (John) and Rick Ritchey (Deb). She is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
