She was predeceased by: her parents, Ray A. Hanks and Bertha M. Hanks (Russell); her spouse Wayland Dale "Squink" Hoover; her daughter Carol Sue Hoover; and her siblings, Helen Dell, Shirley Hoover, Robert Hanks and Donald Hanks.
She is survived by: her children, Connie L. Gillette (Gordon), Cheryl A. Hoover of Hollidaysburg and Robert D. (Monica) of Sellersville; her grandsons, Matthew and Andrew Gillette (Jennifer); and her great grandchildren, Kelsey and Nathan Gillette.
