She was predeceased by: her parents, Fred Smith and Bertha Smith (Woods); her husband Charles H. Beltz Sr.; and her sons, Charles H. Beltz Jr. and James Beltz.

She is survived by: her daughter Linda J. Bonneau (Phillip); her grandchildren, Scott Helsel, Timothy Helsel (Stacey), James Helsel (Virginia), Stephanie Walls, Janet Larson (Tim) and John Beltz (Stacy); her great grandchildren, Brandon Helsel, Kayla Estep (Walker), Michael Helsel, Owen Helsel, Tyler Helsel, Ethan Walls, Bailey Lukens, Josh Beltz and Corissa Beltz; and her great great grandchildren, Kolton Estep and Emerson Estep.
