She was predeceased by: her parents, Richard Rouzer and Peggy Rouzer (Lockard); and her spouse Thomas A. Fahr. She is survived by: her daughter Christine Fahr of Hollidaysburg; and her siblings-in-law, Robert Fahr (Kathy) of Hagerstown and Susan Vannoy (John) of Port Matilda. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Burial will be private and at the convenience of the family at Alto-Reste Park, Altoona. The family requests those wishing to attend please wear a mask and observe social distancing.
