He is survived by: his wife Gloria (Powell); his children, Jenny Austin and Arthur "Buddy" Austin II (Diane) of Altoona; his grandsons, Daniel and Eli; and his sister Dianna Morgan (Steve). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
