He is survived by: his wife Deborah Kay Blake; his children, Steven Whitlatch of Washington, Tonya Black (Tim) of Holbrook, Renee Smith (Robert) of New Freeport and Samantha Blake of Crossville, Ill; and his siblings, Charles Whitlatch (Patricia) of West Finley, William Whitlatch (Kathy) of Waynesburg, Judy Higgenbotham (Dave) of Waynesburg, Robert Whitlatch and Thomas Harold Whitlatch, Jr. (Sonny). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
