He was predeceased by: his wife Judith Ann Wamsher (Wike); his parents, Franklin George Wamsher and Florence Hoy (Black); his stepfather Harry Hoy; and his siblings, Florence Newman, Donald and Frank Wamsher, II.
He is survived by: his close friends, Valerie Fraser and Gary Thomas; and his nieces and nephews, Frank Wamsher, III (Madeline), Michael Wamsher (Linda), Carol Lloyd and Cathy Bell (Rick). He is also survived by many great-nieces and great-nephews and great-great-nieces and great-great-nephews.
