He was predeceased by: his wife Imogene M. "Dolly" Kopp (Fosbenner); his parents, William A., Jr. and Flora A. Kopp (Kramer); and his siblings, Stewart Kopp, Dorothy Distel, Evelyn Schaeffer, Margaret Knappenberger, Raymond Kopp, Ralph Kopp and Shirley Benner.
He is survived by: his daughter Linda Bishop of Sellersville; his grandchildren, Amanda N. Maraugha (Donald) of West Mifflin, PA and Andrew T. Bishop (Jennifer) of Easton, MD; his great grandchildren, Kylee Mae, Colton James, Devin Roy and Juliette Imogene; his close friend Marlyn Fitz; and his sister-in-law Beverly D. Hager (Marvin) of Perkasie.
