He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph James and Maria Buffone (Gazzo); his sons, Joseph Buffone and Raymond Chalmers; and his brother Rocco Buffone.
He is survived by: his wife Caroll A. Buffone (Burgess); and his children, James Buffone of Pompano Beach, FL, Ralph Buffone, III of Virginia Beach, VA, Bill Chalmers (Leslie) of Quakertown, PA and Toni Hover of North Carolina.
