With heavy hearts, we announce the death of George J. Polachek of Hilltown, Pennsylvania, born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, who passed away on August 8, 2022 at the age of 75. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph R. Sr. Polachek and Anna M. Polachek (Rovnan); and his brother John Polachek. He is survived by: his wife Peggy L. Polachek (Hartman); his sons, Jeffrey Polachek of Perkasie, PA, Daniel Polachek of Perkasie, PA and Joseph Polachek (Lindsey) of Quakertown, PA; his grandsons, Eric and Zachary; and his siblings, Joseph R. Polachek (Billie) of Perkasie, Michael Polachek of Perkasie and Theresa A. Phillips of Perkasie.
