She was predeceased by: her husband Richard E. Johnson, Sr.; her parents, Earl Kane and Eva May Kane (Rambo); her children, Charles Richard Johnson of Danbury, Iowa and Sallie Ann Helmandollar; her grandchildren, Zachary Lee Helmandollar and Elizabeth Denise Johnson; and her sister Barbara.
She is survived by: her close friend Theodore W. Kohler of Telford, PA; her daughter Carol Ann Welker (Donald) of Telford, PA; her grandchildren, Renee Dekutoski, Cole Helmandollar and Paige Welker; and her siblings, Doris Edmonds of Florida, Earl Kane of California and Wilbert Kane of Northeast Philadelphia.
