He was predeceased by: his wife Joan A. Gwiazdzinski (Shive); his parents, Anthony Sr. Gwiazdzinski and Pauline Gwiazdzinski (Witt); and his sister Rose Luckenbach. He is survived by: his children, Brian S. Gwiazdzinski (Kimberly) of Harleysville, PA and Joann Hufnagle (Joseph E. III) of Sellersville, PA; his grandchildren, Sam and Anna Gwiazdzinski; and his sister Marion Wanyo (Michael) of Plains, PA.
