He is survived by: his wife Margaret "Peggy" Robbins; his children, Dennis Rosbach of Hillsgrove, David Rosbach (Betty) of Hillsgrove, Darren Rosbach of Hillsgrove and Dixie Swarthout (David) of East Smithfield; his grandchildren, Desierre Higley, Stacey O'Connor, Wendy Vanderpool, Tammy Swarthout, Todd Swarthout, Cristy Dickinson, Joshua Rosbach and Monica Milton; and his sister-in-law Nancy Rosbach of Forksville.
